As we continue to investigate this issue, we are pausing all emails from sending from Engage for the time being. The current estimated downtime is ~2 hours, after which point any queued emails should be sent. We will continue to provide updates as we have them.

Users who are currently using our Engage platform with Office365 may be seeing intermittent failures sending or receiving emails. Our team is actively investigating and working towards a resolution.
