Monitoring -
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
Salesforce Native Application should be running without issue. Users may see intermittent latency within the ReachOut extension, but we are working closely to resolve this now.
All Exports, Enhance, and ListMatch jobs are processing through now. Any export that was requested during during this incident (11:10 ET onwards) may be delayed as we are working to process all exports from this time, but no action should be needed for these to process.

We have identified the issue and are working on a fix.
Reachout and Salesforce Native application should be up and running without issue. Our engineering teams are continuing to work on export, Listmatch, and Enhance jobs to get these back up and running as soon as possible.

We are continuing to investigate this with top priority.
Users may continue to see intermittent issues with ZoomInfo Reachout and Salesforce Native Application loading.
All exports and ListMatch/Enhance jobs will be queued up and begin to process once a full fix has been implemented for this issue.
Please know our engineering teams are working hard to resolve these issues and get everything up and running as soon as possible.

We are continuing to investigate this issue.
As we work to resolve this, ZoomInfo Listmatch and Enhance jobs will be queued and begin to process once we have implemented a solution.
Additionally, ZoomInfo Reachout Chrome extension and Salesforce Native Application may see intermittent issues loading.
